The Classical Music Listening Maps Set contains listening maps to five classroom classical music favorites – from Copland to Vivaldi and more! Each listening map is available in color and b&w format.
Listening maps are great for elementary music class, helping students to hear form, timber and dynamics in each classical piece. They can be used to introduce a new song or to listen closely and observe musical elements.
The listening maps are in pdf format. They can be projected on a screen or printed out for students to follow along individually. Each listening map is provided in color and b&w format.
Plus, each song also comes with three different listening worksheets. Have students describe what they heard and use it to express their thoughts and feelings about the piece.

WORKSHEETS:
In addition to the listening map, each song also comes with three (3) listening worksheets:
- Listening maps with questions: Have students answers questions in real time as they listen along with the song.
- Composer Intent: Have students theorize what emotion or idea the composer was trying to convey, supporting with evidence from the song.
- Music and Me Worksheet: Have students express what thoughts or feelings they had while listening to the song.
